The InfraPower VP48C13-20A-W Monitored Rack PDU includes the hot-swapable W meter which not only allows local metering of current (AMP), voltage (Volt), power (KW), energy consumption (KWh) and power factor of the entire PDU, but also provides connection ports to daisy chain up to 16 PDUs, as well as 2 ports to support external temp/humidity sensors (sold separately). Include the optional IP dongle to allow remote monitoring of all daisy chained PDUs from a single IP address using the free downloadable IPM-04 PDU Management Software, the simple Web-based GUI integrated into each PDU, or 3rd Party DCIM via SNMP.
The 2.8" color LCD provides a sharp and highly visible display of kWh, kW, Power Factor, Volt, Amp, Temperature and Humidity with a metering accuracy to within +/- 1%. Local setup can be made by using a membrane switch indicating 'up', 'down', 'enter' and 'back' options or add the optional IP dongle to manage the PDU from anywhere in the world, reducing manpower and travel costs by negating the need for staff to actually be at the equipment location. The W meter is field replaceable and hot swappable so there is no need to power down the PDU and the mission critical equipment to replace the meter.
