The Raloy RWX119-CATx10116 is a state-of-the-art modular rack console integrated with a Raloy IP KVM switch in only 1 rackmount unit. The RWX119 console features a 19" HD LCD screen (1440x900), a 104 key keyboard (available in 13 languages), and Glidepoint touchpad.
The integrated Raloy CATx10116 KVM is a high density 16 port CATx IP KVM switch with 1 local user at the console drawer, and access to the switch over-IP from anywhere in the world. DVI, VGA, HDMI, and DisplayPort (USB / PS2) server interfaces supported.
Question: I would like to specify a RWX119-CATx10116 with the Trackball Option rather than the standard touchpad. Is there a separate part number I can request so that my purchasing department does not forget to include the trackball option?

Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this unit does not have a smart, program able keyboard.
