AR3100 Accessories

Question: How long does it take to get one of these racks shipped out? Do I really need a loading dock for delivery?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. These enclosures are a stocked item and can typically ship within two days. They have to ship freight, so we will be looking at 3-5 days in transit. Yes, these racks are extremely heavy and require a loading dock, if your company does not have a dock, we just need to note that and deliver the unit with a truck that has a lift gate.

Question: We have a customer with the US Navy in Japan and are planning on shipping via DHL and they would pick up the rack. Is it palletized for pickup and do you charge to put it on the truck with a forklift?

Question: please let me know if the front and rear door are glass or what?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry, The AR3100 comes with a perforated front door (curved/convex profile), and perforated split rear doors. Each door has 69% air perforation to meet or exceed air intake requirements.

Question: I was wondering how your racks interface with raised floor and the anchorage requirements you have for your racks especially in high seismic areas. Do you have anchor kits? Do you require clamps or do you require seismic rated stands similar to the second picture shown below? I believe the comm guys are proposing using this APC NetShelter SX - APC NetShelter AR3100 rack.
