Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. This 5" D Flanged Lacing Bar is made of cold rolled steel with a black powder coat finish. In terms of installation hardware, that will be depend on the rack in which it is installed - typically #10-32, #12-24, M5 or M6 using either tapped holes on the rails or cage nuts. The mounting holes themselves are obround with dimensions of .25" x .375".
