1U Tool-less Spacer Blank

This 1U Tool-less Spacer Blank is a cut above the rest. Spacer Blanks are not only used for something to fill up a gap in your rack to give it a fuller look but more importantly than just looks is the added strength that each rack mounted component you install adds to your racking system. Some racks can experience more than twice the strength and ruggedness by simply installing Spacer Blanks at regular intervals. We recommend installing either a component or spacer blank at least every 8U Spaces (17.5") for racks over 12 U. This Spacer Blank is constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel and individually formed by coining each bend, which adds as much as five times the product strength. Each corner also features radius corners for optimum safety and handling.  This spacer blank can easily be installed with any rack hardware or use the Tool-less snap in clip provided. The Tool-less feature makes installation a breeze with any cage nut Style Rail.
