Question: APC SMT3000*-If i plug and server and a PBX into this unit, how long does the battery last after a power outage
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. In general, the run time will depend on how much load is supported. At a 500 watt load, this UPC has a run time of approximately 50 minutes - assuming typical environmental conditions and fully charged batteries. At 1500 Watts, the run time drops to 12.5 minutes.
You can see the full runtime graph for this UPS here: http://www.apc.com/products/runtimegraph/runtime_graph.cfm?base_sku=SMT3000&chartSize=large.
