Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. It appears this device does use mechanical fasteners, but they are 1/4 turn latches and should not require any tools.

Question: Is this panel available with drilled holes instead of the 1/4 turn latch?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, outside of the taller 2U version with the same 1/4 turn latch, Eaton does not produce a different version.
