The Server Technology CW-2H1-C20 is a 110V, 16 amp, switched PDU with 2 NEMA 5-20R outlets, a C20 power inlet receptacle, and imbedded upgradable firmware. Remote Power Management of the CW-2's individual receptacles allow you to power off, power on and reboot network devices from any location via secure web interface, SSH, or out of band (dial-up) session. Now the network operations center can eliminate dispatching a field service person for manual intervention. Using a Sentry IPM-2, quickly restart locked-up remote servers and internet working devices to ensure that the network is fully operational around the clock.

Question: The picture says 16A max while the specs say 20A. Which is correct?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Looking through the literature, we have seen both 20A and 16A listed. As noted, however, the product image shows 16 Amps and the specifications listed in the manual and data sheet also state 16 Amps. We will update the description to reflect the 16 Amp value.

Question: What is temperature rating of the CW-2H1-C20? (Not in data sheet)
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The operating temperature range is 0 - 40 degrees Celsius(32 - 104 F).
