Question: The "rack" that our VMRs are for are custom built racks that we're built into our command truck. These Great Lakes rails are not what I'm looking for...these are cage nut holes...I'm looking for thru-holes.

Great lakes offers cage nut / square holes rails -which is their default for floor cabinets- or #10-32 tapped rails.
Great lakes don't currently have any rails with thru holes. The ones I've seen in the past have Ø.281 thru holes - sometimes referred to as "IBM" rails. They were more common years ago but we haven't seen a request for them lately.
Depending on your application, we can probably get you
custom racks, or maybe it would be possible to fabricate a cage nut with thru holes.
