The Great Lakes 7217ECS is a rackmount 220 CFM airflow cooling fan. The ECS enclosure blower features a durable, light weight polymer housing and fits in the bottom of standard EIA-310 compliant cabinets. It draws cool air from beneath the floor and optimally delivers the coldest available air directly to server fronts. The Delphi ECS cooling fan improves air distribution reducing cabinet hotspots up to 15°F, extending server life and minimizing down time. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling reveals dramatic reduction in server air temperatures using the Delphi ECS Enclosure Blower. The unit requires only 2 RMU (or less) of mounting space, allowing remaining space to be used by mission-critical equipment.
