Question: does this product have the ability to lock or screw in so the shelf cant slide out?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. This shelf does have a "Friction Stop" that will keep the shelf in the closed position. However, it is not a lock and the shelf could slide out with vibration or tilting.
